Now excuse me whilst I go and run a marathon to burn off all the calories I’ve consumed over the last week. With that in mind I had great pleasure compiling this list of the best mac and cheeses in Singapore. I’m not fussy, it can contain any cheese or, even better, multiple cheeses. If the last thing I get to do on this earth is eat a bowl of steaming, cheesy pasta I will die one happy lady. It’s the ultimate comfort food, and it’s my death row dinner. ![]() If it’s not on the menu I’m leaving right now to make it at home. Come rain or shine, if it’s on the menu I’m ordering it. There is nothing, I repeat, nothing better than a bowl of macaroni and cheese.
